O’shaquie “Ice Water” Foster has come a long way from prospect to disappointment to incarcerated all the way back to prospect, and now a prospect on the verge of much, much bigger and better things and perhaps a world title shot in 2021. Foster’s career hit a bigger bump in the road when he was sent to an Orange County Jail in Texas. However, it was while in jail that “Ice Water” recommitted himself to his craft and came out of jail on a mission. To be a world champion. The Texan is well on his way to accomplishing that goal. Foster finally scored the big win he needed when he destroyed former world title challenger Miguel “Mickey” Roman over nine one-sided rounds on his way to a TKO victory on the main event of the primer of NBC’s Ring City series.
